Your order confirms your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between Bayse Brand Clothing Pty Ltd (ABN 25 634 651 979) trading as Bayse Brand (we, us, our or Bayse Brand) and you.

Purchasing Items On Sale
- If the style was purchased from our sale section, then it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Due to high volume of orders in a sale period, we are unable to exchange items before dispatch. Please double check items before checking out.
- Please allow up to an extra 24-48 hours for your products to be shipped out due to the influx of orders.
- Please be patient with our customer care team during this time, our small team works around the clock to pack, send and respond to customer enquiries.

Bayse Brand collects customer data which is provided voluntarily in an effort to improve and enhance our customer’s online shopping experience and for marketing and promotional use only. Customers are only added to our e-mail and mailing list if they opt to register or enter a contest. Customers have the option to be removed from the list at any time. This can be done via the link in the email. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached.

Bayse Brand is a Melbourne based company, therefore all references to time made on this site and through all other associated material is in Australian Eastern Standard Time, (AEST).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We offer refunds, credit notes and exchanges on full priced items within 14 days from the order’s dispatch date (Australian-based customers). For customers located outside of Australia, you have 14 days from the order's dispatch date to receive a refund or credit note, and 21 days for an exchange.
Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original garment bag. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned.
Bayse reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or align with our return policy.
Return fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange fees are charged through the return portal. An exchange fee includes the cost of returning the garment and dispatching the new order via express shipping.
Domestic Returns $9.95 AUD
Domestic Exchanges $19.90 AUD
International Returns $30 AUD
International Exchanges $40 AUD
Our returns portal generates Australia Post Standard (Domestic) and DHL Express (International) shipping labels. We ask that you allow 5-10 business days for your return to be received back to us.
Instant Refund:
Receive an instant refund as soon as you lodge your return through our online portal. Simply enter in the same payment details for the order.
You will be prompted to enter the card details associated with the order and a $1.00 authorisation hold will be processed.
Please ensure your item is scanned at the post office within 14 days for both Domestic and International orders, to avoid being charged for your item.
Instant Exchange:
We offer instant exchanges to ensure you receive your new item sooner as opposed to a standard exchange.
Like our instant refund option, the card details associated with the order will need to be entered and a $1.00 authorisation hold will be processed.
Domestic orders have 14 days to have their return scanned at the post office, and International orders have 21 days.
Please note that all instant refunds and exchanges are subject to reversal. This means if products do not arrive as per the returns policy or the customer fails to return the product we will charge the nominated card. By leaving your nominated card details you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
If you receive an item which you believe is faulty due to manufacturing fault or shipping damage please email customercare@baysebrand.com with visible images as soon as you receive the item.
Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear & tear are not deemed faulty.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will treat your claim with priority.
Products purchased during promotional periods or when using discount codes (excluding the welcome discount) can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
Once you make a purchase from our sale section, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. It is the final sale of the garment.
It is important to carefully consider your purchase and review the product description before making a decision.
'Welcome10' discount does not apply to final sale items.
