Thank you for shopping with Bayse Brand. We would like you to read our terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products from our website.
Your order confirms your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between Bayse Brand Clothing Pty Ltd (ABN 25 634 651 979) trading as Bayse Brand (we, us, our or Bayse Brand) and you.
Promotions & Offers
Purchasing Items On Sale
- All items purchased on sale (including promotional sale codes) are considered final sale.
- Any items purchased during our Boxing Day promotional period can be returned for an exchange or store credit. However, if the style was purchased from our sale section, then it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Due to high volume of orders in a sale period, we are unable to exchange items before dispatch. Please double check items before checking out.
- Please allow up to an extra 24-48 hours for your products to be shipped out due to the influx of orders.
- Please be patient with our customer care team during this time, our small team works around the clock to pack, send and respond to customer enquiries.

Bayse Brand collects customer data which is provided voluntarily in an effort to improve and enhance our customer’s online shopping experience and for marketing and promotional use only. Customers are only added to our e-mail and mailing list if they opt to register or enter a contest. Customers have the option to be removed from the list at any time. This can be done via the link in the email. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached.
Bayse Brand is a Melbourne based company, therefore all references to time made on this site and through all other associated material is in Australian Eastern Standard Time, (AEST).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unfortunately, our returns portal does not facilitate countries outside Australia, The United Kingdom & United States.
However, we can still process a return and provide a flat return fee.
Please initiate your refund here and follow the prompts.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and reverse duties and taxes.
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Return fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange fees are charged through the return portal. An exchange fee includes the cost of returning the garment and dispatching the new order via express shipping.

Flat rate fees are displayed in AUD.
Process an exchange in the return portal and agree to an 'instant exchange'.
The new item will be dispatched via express shipping.
All instant refunds and exchanges are subject to reversal. This means if products do not arrive as per the return policy or the customer fails to return the product we will charge the nominated card.
We will charge you the full amount of the product. By leaving your nominated card details you are agreeing to the terms.
Our Black Friday promotional period will run from the 19th of November and end midnight AEDT on the 29th of November 2023.
Customers can shop 30% offsite-wide.
Please note that during this Black Friday promotional period orders may face a 24-48 hour dispatch delay due to an influx of orders.
If customers are unsatisfied with any purchases from our Black Friday promotional period, they are welcome to be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Please note that any style purchased from the final sale section of our website during the Black Friday promotional period can not be returned for a exchange or refund.

Products purchased during promotional periods or when using discount codes(excluding the welcome discount)can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Refunds are unable to be facilitated for sale items.
Once you make a purchase from our sale section, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. It is the final sale of the garment.
