2. No make up or perfume on products
3. Sent back within 14 days of dispatch

Products purchased on sale or promotion (excluding the welcome discount) can only be returned for a store credit or exchange.
14 day timeframe
The 14 day return & exchange window begins once the parcel has been dispatched by BAYSE. We do not take any responsibility for delivery time frames. We suggest selecting Express Shipping to ensure you have ample time to return or exchange.
GIFT CARDS & CREDIT NOTES
If you have purchased with a gift card or credit note you will only be eligible for an exchange or a credit note.
Items in the CLEARANCE section are strictly final items. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
UK & US
Return fees are deducted from refund amount.
Exchange fees are charged in the return portal. Exchange fee includes cost to return garment + dispatch new order via express shipping.
Flat rate fees are displayed in AUD.
Need a size or colour exchnage ASAP?
Process an exchange in the return portal and agree to an 'instant exchange'.
The new item will be dispatched via express shipping.
(exchange orders placed before 12 AEST will be dispatched same day weekdays. If not, the following business day)
All instant refunds & exchanges are subject to reversal. This means if products do not arrive as per the return policy we will charge the nominated card.
Full product amount will be charged. Leaving your nominated card details means you agree to it being charged.
RETURNS OUTSIDE AUS, UK & US
Unfortunately our returns portal does not facilitate countries outside of Australia, United Kingdom & United States.
However, we can still process a return and provide a flat return fee!
Please submit your return below & we will be in touch within 1 business day to assist.
