INFORMATION
We offer refunds, credit notes and exchanges on full priced items within 14 days from the order’s dispatch date (Australian-based customers). For customers located outside of Australia, you have 14 days from the order's dispatch date to receive a refund or credit note, and 21 days for an exchange.
Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and placed inside the original garment bag. For hygiene and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of damage — including pulls, pet or human hair, makeup, or perfume residue. We kindly ask that you take care when trying on your pieces, especially around makeup, perfume and jewellery, as we can’t accept returns for garments that are damaged during the try-on process.
Your return minus the return label fee (non-refundable) will then be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Bayse reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or align with our return policy.
All items from our sale section / marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.

Please be advised that these items will not be in original condition - Items may be received out of their original packaging, and/or stained due to being on the shop floor at our recent Melbourne Warehouse Sale.

*Additional discounts (such as the welcome/influencer codes) cannot be used in conjunction with final sale pieces.
Return fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange fees are charged through the return portal. An exchange fee includes the cost of returning the garment and dispatching the new order via express shipping.
Domestic Returns = $9.95 AUD
Domestic Exchanges = $19.90 AUD
International Returns = $30 AUD
International Exchanges = $40 AUD
Our returns portal generates Australia Post Standard (Domestic) and DHL Express (International) shipping labels. We ask that you allow 5-10 business days for your return to be received back to us.
All returns must be successfully lodged through our returns portal above.

- Please ensure your order is taken to the post office within the below timeframes which commence the date your return form is lodged:
Domestic (Australian-based):
Instant Refund/Exchange & Credit Note - 14 days from lodgement date.
International:
Instant Refund / Credit Note - 14 days from lodgement date.
Instant Exchange - 21 days from lodgement date. - Once your return has been delivered to our Warehouse, we kindly ask that you allow 10 business days for your return to be processed accordingly.
Your refund will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card.
If your return has not been approved via our portal, please wait for our Customer Care Team for further instructions.
A $9.95 AUD fee will be deducted from your Instant and/or Standard refund to cover the cost of shipping.
Instant Refund
You will receive an instant refund back onto the nominated payment method. Please ship back your return within 14 days of lodging your form, and ensure you have followed all the instructions set out by Refundid.
Instant Exchange (Size Only)
After your exchange is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your new size. Please return your item within 14 days, to avoid being charged for the item.
Please note, all exchanges incur a $19.90 fee which includes the cost of returning the garment AND dispatching the new order via express shipping ($9.95 + $9.95).
Instant Refund
You will receive an instant refund back onto the nominated payment method. Please ship back your return within 14 days of lodging your form, and ensure you have followed all the instructions set out by Refundid.
A $30.00 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping.
Instant Exchange
After your exchange is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your new size. Please return your item within 14 days, to avoid being charged for the item.
Exchanges incur a $40.00 AUD fee which includes the cost of returning the garment AND dispatching the new order via express shipping.
If you are located outside of Australia or the United States, you will need to lodge a returns form for a refund, credit note and/or exchange.
Returns for a refund / store credit are $30.00, and exchanges are $40.00 AUD.
Once you have lodged your returns form, Refundid will process your refund/exchange once your shipment has been scanned into the chosen courier's network. Please ensure it is returned within 14 days if the refund or store credit option is selected, and within 21 days for exchanges.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed accordingly.
RETURN OPTIONS
Instant Refunds
- Refundid is a verified instant refund service, meaning you can receive your refund immediately, even before returning your items (AU & US customers only).
- For customers located outside of Australia/USA, you will receive your refund once your item has been taken to the post office and scanned into the couriers network.
- To complete this process, Refundid will ask for your personal information to verify the refund. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
- If you opt for Refundid, your refund will be transferred instantly to your nominated bank account.
- Please be aware that, although you receive your refund right away, we will still need time to confirm the return of your items after we receive your parcel.
- Bayse is not liable for any refund reversals from Refundid if the customer hasn't followed all required steps. If your refund is reversed, you will have to wait until we physically receive your return in order to manually process it.
Instant Exchanges
- Instant exchanges are currently only available for AUS and US orders only.
- For customers located outside of Australia/USA, your exchange will be processed once your item has been taken to the post office and scanned into the couriers network.
- By opting for an instant exchange, you can secure your preferred item immediately, ensuring you don’t miss out on it.
- To initiate an exchange, enter your order details and select the item you wish to exchange.
- Once you've chosen the new item, you’ll receive a return label via email to send back your original item. Just print the label, pack your item securely, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
- After submitting your exchange, your new order will be processed and dispatched in line with our regular shipping and delivery times.
Full-priced items have the option to receive free return shipping plus an added 10% bonus when you select a credit note.
Items purchased during a promotional period or with a discount code (excludes welcome discount) will receive a standard store credit with a return label fee deducted from the total.
Credit notes are processed upon receiving and assessing your return at our warehouse.
Please note, all credit notes are processed in AUD, and contain a 12 month expiry from the issue date.
All items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.

If you receive an item which you believe is faulty due to manufacturing or shipping damage, please email customercare@baysebrand.com with visible images as soon as you receive them.
Please note, items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not deemed faulty.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will treat your claim with priority.
Once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to amend or cancel due to the fast processing times at our warehouse.
If an item was purchased through a stockist and not directly from Bayse, we’re unable to take further action on our end.
