Return Policy
We offer refunds, exchanges (pending stock availability), and store credits on full-priced items within 20 days of the order's dispatch date. Return requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Instant Returns: Instantly processed once your form has been successfully lodged via our portal.
Standard Returns: Processed once the item/s have been scanned into the select courier's network.
Store Credits: Processed upon receiving and assessing the item/s from our warehouse (can take up to 10 business days).
Online Return Portal
Our online return portal is supported by Refundid, and provides the option of instant and standard returns. Please note, instant returns are available exclusively to customers within Australia and the US. You can review Refundid's full terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements here.
Return Cost
Return labels are the responsibility of the customer and can be purchased through our online returns portal. The exchange label fees reflect the cost in returning the garment and dispatching the new order via express shipping. Alternatively, you may choose to arrange your own return shipping via the portal. If you select this option, please ensure you enter the tracking number on your return form to avoid being charged for the item/s.
Instant/Standard Refund (Australian Customers) = $9.95 AUD
Instant/Standard Exchange (Australian Customers) = $19.90 AUD
Instant/Standard Refund (International Customers) = $30.00 AUD
Instant/Standard Exchange (International Customers) = $40.00 AUD
Store Credit (All Customers) = Free for full-priced items.
Combined Return Shipping for Multiple Orders
Items from multiple orders may be returned together in one parcel. We recommend lodging each item through the return portal using its corresponding order number. During lodgement, you can select 'combine shipping labels' to use a single label for all items. Please note, this option is only available if you have not already lodged your return with the courier before adding additional items. Ensure all items are placed in the same parcel, include all relevant returns information, and securely attach the return label.
Processing Times for Returns
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification as soon as your return has been completed.
Garment Return Conditions
All items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and enclosed inside the original garment bag.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, show signs of damage - including pulls, pet or human hair, makeup, or perfume residue. We kindly ask that you take care when trying on your pieces, especially around makeup, perfume and jewellery, as we can't accept returns for garments that are damaged during the try-on process.
Returns that do meet these requirements may be sent back to you at your expense.
Faulty Item Returns
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@baysebrand.com, with your order number and photos of the issue.
Please note, items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not deemed faulty.
Returning Promotional/Discounted Items
Products purchased during any promotional period or with a discount code, are eligible to be returned for a store credit or exchange only. This excludes our 10% welcome discount and influencer discount codes.
Archive Sale
Items purchased from our Archive Sale section and marked 'Final Sale', cannot be returned. Please read the product descriptions on each page carefully.
These items are from our Melbourne Warehouse Sale and may not be in original condition, may not have the swing tag attached, and may not arrive inside the Bayse garment bag.
By making a purchase, you are obliged to agree to the above terms and conditions at the checkout.
The welcome discount cannot be used in conjunction with final sale products.
Refunds
Instant Refunds (Australian / US Customers) - Refunds will be issued into the given bank details at the time of lodging your return form.
Standard Refunds - Refunds are processed back into the original payment method once the return has been scanned into the selected courier's network. Depending on your financial institution, we advise in allowing 2-3 business days for the funds to appear.
Gift Card Refunds - If your order was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited to the gift card first. Any remaining balance will then be returned to the secondary payment method.
AfterPay / Buy-now-pay-later Refunds - Purchases made using AfterPay or any buy-now-pay-later service, can still be returned via our Refundid portal. Please be aware, if an instant refund is selected, Refundid will process a full refund to your account, which is to be used to pay the remaining payments owed.
Exchanges
Instant Exchanges (Australian / US Customers) - New exchange order will begin to prcess once return form has been successfully submitted.
Standard Exchanges - Exchange order will be made once the return has been scanned into the courier's network.
The option to exchange for a direct size swap is available in which the same price paid will remain the same. If you wish to receive a different item (colour-way, style, etc), the price difference will be invoiced via the portal. If your chosen exchange item is not available, we recommend selecting the store credit option to put towards a future purchase.
Store Credits
Full-priced items have the option to receive free return shipping plus an added 10% bonus when selecting the store credit option.
Items purchased during a promotional period will receive a standard store credit with a return label fee deducted from the total.
Please note, all credit notes are processed in AUD, and contain a 12-month expiry from the issue date.
Items Purchased from a Stockist
If an item is purchased through a stockist and not directly from Bayse, we are unable to take further action on our end.
We recommend reaching out to the stockist directly for assistance.
