SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer same day delivery to customers in the Melbourne metro area. If your address is valid to select our same day service it will appear as an option in the checkout.

At checkout select Rendr Fast or Flexible.

If your order is eligible for Same Day delivery, it will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that there is a cut-off time for all Rendr deliveries. Any orders placed after the 1pm cut off time will be moved through to a next day service.

For all Rendr deliveries please ensure that someone is home to receive the parcel or it can be left in a safe place.

This service is not available on weekends and public holidays.

*Please note that from the 20th-23rd February 2024 same day delivery will not be available due to our team running our Warehouse Sale.

All domestic orders are shipped via our delivery partner Australia Post who operate Monday - Friday. 

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes information to track your parcel.

Please allow 24 hours from the dispatch date for the tracking service to work.

Customers have the choice of selecting Express or Standard post for the delivery of their parcel. 

Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $12.95 AUD. Express orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Express Shipping can take up to 1-2 business days* with Australian Metro Areas, and 2-4 business days within Australian Rural Areas. 

FREE Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $250.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95AUD. Standard post can take up to 4-5 business days* within Metro Australian Areas and 6-10* business days within Rural Australian Areas. 

We ship worldwide. Delivery for international orders are calculated at a flat rate of $30 AUD.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express. DHL Express for all international countries can take up to 3-5 business days. 

FREE Express Shipping for all International Orders over $250 AUD

Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. These are charged during the checkout process. If duties and taxes are not paid at checkout they will be charged upon import into the country. If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes the order will be cancelled and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 

We encourage you to look into your local regulations regarding customs and duties fees prior to placing your order.

Please note that during this Boxing Day promotional period orders may face a 24-48 hour dispatch delay.

Due to increased volume, please allow 1-2 days for dispatching during promotions, launches, and sales. 

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch pre-orders as per the advertised date, please note that all pre-orders are subject to delays and a change of dispatch date.

Please note the "Dispatch from" date refers to the first day orders begin leaving our warehouse.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for dispatch to occur.

If multiple items are ordered (pre-order & non-pre-order) the non-pre-order items will be held aside and dispatched together as soon as the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to have them dispatched separately please contact us.

Please note all orders purchased during our peak shopping seasons will face a 24-48 hour dispatch delay.
