EU Right of Withdrawal Policy

If you are a consumer ordering from an EU member state, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How the 14 days is calculated: the period runs from the day you (or someone you’ve nominated) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal: contact us at customercare@baysebrand.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your order, including your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to — a clear statement is enough.

Returning the goods: Start your return through our Return Portal, the same process used for all other returns. Follow the instructions provided there to send the goods back to us.

Refunds: once we’ve been notified of your withdrawal, we will refund
the full purchase price, including original delivery charges, within 14
days. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to us,
or until you’ve supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever
is earlier.

Exceptions — this right does not apply to: - Goods made to your
specifications or clearly personalised - Sealed goods that are not
suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once the seal has
been broken after delivery
