OUR RETURN POLICY

  • We offer full refunds and exchanges on full priced items within 14 days from the dispatch date. Items received outside this date will not be accepted 
  • All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original garment bag (any item that has been worn,washed,damaged or altered cannot be returned).Items not returned as outlined are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer 
  • You will be refunded via the original method of payment used. If you use a gift card to pay for your order, the amount will be returned to the gift card. 

RETURNS

  • Please initiate your refund/exchange via our Return Portal and follow the prompts. If your return has not been approved via our portal, please wait for a Customer Service Representative for further instructions. 
  • Our returns portal generates Australia Post standard shipping labels so please allow 5-10 working days for your return to be received back to us. As soon as your order has been delivered, please allow 5-8 business days for your return to be processed. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Return fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange fees are charged through the return portal. An exchange fee includes the cost of returning the garment and dispatching the new order via express shipping.

International Returns $25

International Exchanges $40

Flat rate fees are displayed in AUD.

INSTANT REFUND

Receive an instant refund as soon as you lodge your return through our online portal.

Please note there will be a $1AUD authorisation hold.  

Please ensure your item is scanned at a post office within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international to avoid being charged for your item


INSTANT EXCHANGE

Process an exchange in the return portal and agree to an “instant exchange”

The new item will be dispatched via express shipping.


Please note that all instant refunds and exchanges are subject to reversal. This means if products do not arrive as per the returns policy or the customer fails to return the product we will charge the nominated card. By leaving your nominated card details you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

If you receive an item which you believe is faulty due to manufacturing fault or shipping damage please email faulty@baysebrand.com with visible images as soon as you receive the item. 

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear & tear are not deemed faulty. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will treat your claim with priority.

Our Boxing Day promotional period will run from the 22nd of December until the 1st of January 11.59PM AEDT 2024.

If customers are unsatisfied with any purchases from our Boxing Day promotional period, they are welcome to be returned for a store credit or exchange.

Please note that any style purchased from the final sale section of our website during the Boxing Day promotional period can not be returned for a exchange or refund.

Products purchased during promotional periods or when using discount codes (excluding the welcome discount) can only be returned for store credit or exchange. Refunds are unable to be facilitated for sale items.

Once you make a purchase from our sale section, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. It is the final sale of the garment.

It is important to carefully consider your purchase and review the product description before making a decision.
