Returns Policy:
We offer refunds, credit notes and exchanges on full priced items within 14 days from the order’s dispatch date (Australian-based customers).
For customers located outside of Australia, you have 14 day from the order's dispatch date to receive a refund or credit note, and 21 days for an exchange.
Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original garment bag. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, altered or covered in pet/human hair or with makeup/perfume residue cannot be returned.
Your return minus the return label fee (non-refundable) will then be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Bayse reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or align with our return policy.
Purchasing items on sale:
If the style was purchased from our archive sale section, then it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Due to high volume of orders in a restock launch and/or sale period, we are unable to exchange items or amend details before dispatch. Please carefully double check all details prior to checking out.
During restock launches and sale periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your products to be shipped out.
