Domestic Shipping (Australian-based Customers)
All domestic orders are shipped via our delivery partner Australia Post who operate Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes information to track your parcel.
Please allow 24 hours from the dispatch date for the tracking service to work.
Customers have the choice of selecting Express or Standard post for the delivery of their parcel.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
Standard post can take up to 4-5 business days* within metro Australian areas and 6-10 business days* within rural Australian areas.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $12.95 AUD. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
Express Shipping can take up to 1-2 business days* with Australian metro areas, and 2-4 business days* within Australian rural areas.
FREE Express Shipping on orders over $250 AUD
Same-day Delivery (Melbourne-based Customers only)
We offer same day delivery to customers in the Melbourne metro area (excludes final sale items). If your address is valid to select our same day service it will appear as an option in the checkout (within 50KM from head office). This service is not available on weekends/public holidays, or after a product launch due to an influx of orders.
At checkout select Rendr Fast or Flexible:
Rendr Fast = 3 hours
Rendr Flexible = Same Day / Next Day
Please note that there is a cut-off time for all Rendr deliveries. Any orders placed after the 12pm cut off time will be moved through to a next day service. Please ensure that someone is home to receive the parcel or that it can be left in a safe place.
International Shipping
Delivery for international orders are calculated at a flat rate of $30 AUD. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
All international orders are sent via DHL Express, and can take up to 3-5 business days to be delivered.
FREE Express Shipping for all International Orders over $250 AUD
DHL has applied an emergency surcharge for shipments to Israel. The free shipping threshold is temporarily unavailable for this destinations. We are unable to ship to Palestine during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Customs & Duties Fees
Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are charged during the checkout process. If duties and taxes are not paid at checkout they will be charged upon import into the country.
If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes the order will be cancelled and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
We encourage you to look into your local regulations regarding customs and duties fees prior to placing your order.
Archive Sale Items & Sale Periods
Due to increased volume, please allow 1-3 days for dispatching during promotions, launches, and sales.
Pre-order Items
Please note the 'dispatch from' date refers to the first day orders will start to be dispatched.
Please allow 1-3 business day for dispatch to occur.
If multiple items are ordered (pre-order & non-pre-order) the non pre-order items will be held aside and dispatched together as soon as the pre-order items arrive.
If you wish to have to them dispatched separately there will occur an additional shipping fee charge. For standard shipping $9.95 AUD and for Express shipping $12.95 AUD.
Order Changes
In the rare event that an item in your order becomes unavailable, it will be removed and refunded. Our team will notify you via email with the details. Due to the fast-paced nature of our operations, we’re unable to offer alternative options at this time.
For customers located outside of Australia, please note that we are unable to offer exchanges once your order has been placed. This is due to international duties and taxes (Delivery Duty Paid / DDP). We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Incorrect Details
Bayse is not liable for incorrect information provided, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs resulting from the error.
If caught on in time, we will always endeavour to request a return to sender, however this is not a guarantee.
Stolen Packages
When entering your details at the checkout, please ensure you provide a safe and secure shipping address.
Bayse and the selected courier will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once the order has been delivered to the specified address.
Damaged Packages
Bayse is not liable for any damage to parcels after they have been successfully delivered to the nominated address. Once delivered, the parcel is under your care.
Return to Sender Packages
If your parcel is being returned to Bayse, kindly contact our Customer Service team to arrange a redelivery. Please be aware that redispatch fees may apply.
