Can I receive an Instant Refund or Instant Exchange?

At this stage, Instant Refunds and Exchanges are currently only available to customers based in Australia and America.


Where will my Instant Refund be sent?

You will be prompted to provide your chosen BSB and Account Number.


Which products are not eligible for a refund?

Refundid cannot be used for non-refundable items. Please review our returns policy to determine which items are ineligible.


When can I expect to get my Instant Refund?

Instant Refunds through Refundid are processed instantly, meaning the funds will be in your bank account within 60 seconds of submitting your return.

Are purchases made with AfterPay, PayPal, Zip Pay, Klarna or Sezzle eligible for a refund through Refundid?

When you purchase an item using AfterPay or any other buy now, pay later service, you can still request a refund from Refundid by following the Refundid process.

Please be aware that the refund will not cover any remaining Buy Now Pay Later payments, and you will still need to pay any outstanding instalments to your Buy Now Pay Later provider. For more details, click here.
