We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

Orders placed before 12pm AEST weekdays.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be shipped the following business day.  
All orders are sent via Express Post and do require Signature On Delivery. (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop).
During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process. 

Once your parcel has been scanned by the freight carrier you will receive an email on how to track your order.
Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return or exchange of the merchandise within 14 days (Aus) or 30 days (Intl.) from your purchase date. 
Please include your returns form which was sent with your order. If you no longer have this form, please include a note with your order number, reason for return & desired outcome. 

Any sale items are final sales and can not be returned, credited or exchanged.

* This includes any items purchased using a promotional code (excluding our WELCOME20 promotional code) OR purchased during a promotional sale period including full priced items

The item must be returned in the mint condition it was sent out as: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached, or it will be rejected. Bayse reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.

In the event that any sale items are returned - OR - returned after 14 days, they will be shipped back to the customer by the customers expense or discarded within 30 days.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. If you return your item/s for an exchange, we will send the new size back to you with no additional charges for the first exchange (for full priced products, Australian customers only), however the cost to return the item back to us is the customer responsibility. 

We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Bayse will not be issued a refund. Bayse will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.

All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial garment cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for our online store of the difference between the two garments, excluding shipping costs. Shipping on exchanges is free for your first exchange! 

We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Bayse. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
