INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD)
 Delivery for all international orders: 
Delivery costs are calculated at a flat rate of $20
Free Delivery on orders over $100.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

Orders placed before 12pm AEST weekdays.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be shipped the following business day.  
All orders are sent via Express Post and do require Signature On Delivery. (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop).
During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process. 

Once your parcel has been scanned by the freight carrier you will receive an email on how to track your order.
Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS
(AUSTRALIA)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return or exchange of the merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags.
Please note any costs for postage to send the garment back to Bayse will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise to send your package via Australia post with tracking to ensure the item is not lost.
RETURNS:
To complete your return please email info@baysebrand.com with your order number and a description of what you are seeking. One of our friendly staff will be in touch regarding the next step.
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery, sale or clearance items,
EXCHANGES:
Should you need to exchange your item we will happily do this within 14 days of your purchase.
