Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 16. Employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

The promotion commences 7am Monday December 7th, 2022 AEDT and closes once all scratchies (one per order) have been distributed. End date will be updated here. End date will be no later than 7pm Tuesday January 31st 2023. To enter, participants must place an order via baysebrand.com during the promotion period / whilst scratchie stock lasts.

Prizes and winning

The winners (everyone) will receive a gift card or discount code for a future purchase. All vouchers & prizes expire March 31st 2023 & must be redeemed via baysebrand.com before this date. Winners will be notified of their prize upon receiving their order and finding a Bayse Brand Scratchie inside their order. All vouchers must be redeemed via baysebrand.com with a minimum $50 purchase. All gift cards must be redeemed via baysebrand.com with no minimum purchase required. Total product value to be given away ranges from 15% off - to $500 via one person. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. In the case of prizes being unredeemable due to winning the same prize twice across different orders, customers will be able to redeem a prize of equal or lesser value.

Returns & refunds

Orders placed using discount codes for the competition fall under our “promotional & sale products” terms and conditions and can only be returned for a store credit or exchange. Orders placed using gift cards for the competition fall under our “gift card & credit notes” terms and conditions and can only be returned for a credit note or exchange.
