1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Bayse Brand Fiji Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Spend a minimum of $350 in one order during the Bayse Brand Black Friday sale period. (13/11/24 - 3/12/24)
• Follow Bayse Brand on Instagram and TikTok. (@baysebrand)
• Must be located in Australia/ New Zealand 

Individuals only have to enter once, by spending over $350 during the sale period specified above.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs during the Bayse Brand Black Friday sale period, starting 9am 13/11/24 and ending midnight 3/12/24. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winner

The winner will be announced on the Bayse Brand Instagram account on December 10th, using a random picker tool to select from eligible entries. Winner will be notified via email or phone by no later than 9/12/24. 

The winner will be contacted on 9/12/24 and if there is no response within 24 hours another winner will be selected. 

5. Prize Details

The prize consists of:

• Return economy flights for the winner and their guest to Fiji departing from any airport based in Australia/ New Zealand  
• Accommodation in Fiji for 6 nights, [ as provided by Bayse] dates to be selected by winners, dates must be confirmed by 23/12/24

Specific details regarding flights and accommodation will be provided to the winner.

6. Responsibilities

Bayse Brand is not responsible for:

• Any actions or behaviours of the winner or their guest during the holiday.
• Any travel-related issues, including but not limited to flight cancellations or changes.

Unless otherwise stated, any travel prize does not include travel insurance, travel documents, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, transfers, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health, travel insurance, passport or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with this will deem the winner’s entry invalid and the entrant will forfeit the prize. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist as part of the travel or at the destination.

The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights, and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Acceptance of Prize

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of being announced. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.

8. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to allow Bayse Brand to use their name and image in promotional materials.
• Bayse Brand reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time.
• This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

This giveaway will not be announced instead picked at random and received by the winner in their package, this giveaway may be featured on Bayse Brand socials.

This giveaway will be drawn by a random picker app, drawn from all orders over $150 made throughout the sale period (15/11/24 - 3/12/24). The winner will be contacted on 9/12/24 and if there is no response in 24 hours another winner will be drawn. 

DYSON AIRWRAP GIVEAWAY:

This giveaway will be drawn by a random picker app, drawn from all orders over $200 made throughout the sale period (15/11/24 - 3/12/24). The winner will be contacted on 9/12/24 and if there is no response in 24 hours another winner will be drawn. Once a winner has accepted this will be shared on Bayse Brand socials.

CAPSULE WARDOBE GIVEAWAY:

This giveaway will be drawn by a random picker app, drawn from all orders over $250 made throughout the sale period (15/11/24 - 3/12/24). The winner will be contacted on 9/12/24 and if there is no response in 24 hours another winner will be drawn. Once a winner has accepted this will be shared on Bayse Brand socials.
